Weekly Post

In an effort to reduce the amount of time I spend on this computer (which is getting way out of hand) I am going to start posting the daily paintings once a week. I'm not sure what day it will be, but I'm going to try to get organized. This is a private commission I am working on, it's not completely done yet. I am going to add some interplay of light and color from a window that is out of view from the painting, but I thought you might be interested in seeing a larger work, although the photo is not good.

Welcome to my Daily Dog Painting Blog

I started my original blog - Daily Painting by Liz
to help me stay motivated to paint daily, and I still do.

But I realized that my first love is painting animals, dogs especially. So I have started a new blog where I will post a new small dog painting every day.

Once a week (usually on Sunday) I paint a special painting to auction for dog rescue.
100% of the money raised by this auction goes directly to the dog rescue.
I do not take a dime, or ask for reimbursement for fees.
